Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the full recruitment cycle with support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Own and independently manage the recruitment process from the initial candidate contact to placement, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Direct sourcing of passive candidates for live roles and pipelines.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates and lead or participate in interviews to determine candidate suitability.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment databases/pipelines and build and maintain live global talent pools across each region.
  • Administration of internal recruitment, graduate recruitment, and candidate referral schemes.
  • Weekly reporting on recruitment activity and recruitment metrics to the TA team.
  • Provide day to day professional support and expertise on recruitment and selection procedures and practices to hiring managers to ensure best practices for recruitment are adhered to globally.
  • Identify new innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition across the business.
  • Promoting the Company as the employer of choice in its sector.

Skills Requirements

  • Proactive and self-motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment across multiple time zones.
  • Hands on approach, with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with recruitment search tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence.
  • Natural relationship builder.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Experience, Competency and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, or HR function preferably on an international level
  • Relevant experience within external or internal recruitment/sourcing role with specific experience of direct active sourcing of candidates for technical disciplines, using various channels including major job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Results focussed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver against strict targets.
  • Understanding of the subsea survey/construction industry and its associated technical disciplines advantageous.
  • Good established network within the Oil and Gas/Renewables industry preferred.
